Introduction
These terms, together with our Privacy & IP Policies, incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") between you (hereinafter "you", "user"), and [TODO] (hereinafter "[TODO]", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement is accepted upon your use of our website and is further affirmed by you becoming a registered user. We are currently in a beta launch mode and the code, content, functionality, availability, etc may change frequently. If you do not agree to this Agreement please do not use our website.
General Use of the Website and its Contents
Our website is intended to allow users to organize their bookmarks for their own personal use. As such, our site contains a compilation of the Company's Content, Third Party Links, and User Submitted Content. The descriptions, rights, and understanding of each are described in the next three subsections. The Company assumes no responsibility for reviewing or monitoring Third Party Links or User Submitted Content.
1. The Company's Content
  Except for the User Submitted Content and Third Party Links, this website's content (which includes, without limitation, its code, designs, and compilations) is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, licenses and other laws, and the Company owns all such content and retains all such rights. Nothing in these terms gives you a right to use any of the Company's content without its express written permission. The Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-assignable license solely for your personal use of our website according to the terms and policies of this Agreement.
2. Third Party Links
  This website contains links to Third Party websites. Inclusion of third party links on our website does not imply that we approve, endorse, or may review those sites. The Company has no control over such third party sites or its resources, and you agree that the Company assumes no responsibility for your access to, or the content on, those sites. When you access those sites you do so at your own risk. Even within our site's Search functionality, we are only showing the aggregated results from a query of our user base based on a keyword search, and we are not endorsing or recommending those resulting sites.
3. User Submitted Content
  You represent and warrant that all information you provide will be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. In creating and using your account, you agree that you will be solely responsible for the activity on the account. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and to never use another's account without permission. If you become aware of any unauthorized use, you agree to notify us immediately.
  You agree to be solely responsible for the content you submit to the website. Furthermore, you represent and warrant that you own (or have the necessary licenses, rights, or permissions under the law for) the submitted content and can use the content for the purposes of this website as outlined in this Agreement. You agree that you will not use any image, description, trademark, logo, or identifier of any third party in a way that is not in good faith, or in a way that may cause confusion about, or cause loss or damage to, the owner of the content.
  By submitting content to the website, you grant to the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, and display the content on our website, which may include reformatting the content to accommodate our standard display sizes.
  The Company reserves the right to remove User Submitted Content without prior notice, if we are properly notified that the content is not allowed for use on our website under the applicable laws or user's rights, and it infringes on a third party's rights.   You understand that user submitted content does not guarantee any confidentiality or privacy of the submitted content. You agree that we may aggregate the content to share with the site's other users and partners, although in aggregating that content we will not share personal user information. Account Termination
We reserve the right or terminate your account, without notice, without liability, and at our sole discretion. Reasons for which we may terminate your account may include, but not be limited to, our determination that your actions are:

2. violating any of the site's terms or policies;
3. posting content that may be considered unlawful, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, or fraudulent;
4. posting content that may contain software viruses, or any other similar computer programs intended to disrupt service or harm other's property;

6. stealing or using without permission other user's accounts;

2. THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR SECURE;
3. THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE FROM ERROR, INCLUDING VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY UNDER NO INTENTION OF OUR OWN BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH OUR SITE;
4. THE SITE'S INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR NOT GET DELETED;
5. THAT ANY DEFECTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ABOVE ITEMS (i) THROUGH (iv), WILL BE CORRECTED.

YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU, WHETHER OR NOT WE ARE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
1. ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF THE SITE'S INFORMATION OR CONTENT;
