1. Collection of Personal Information and Uses
   When you create an account we collect some basic information about you. This includes an email, username, and a password to authenticate access to your account and ensure privacy. We also request, but you are not required to share, a few other items (e.g., name, description) to give us a general sense of the people using our service. You can change or delete your user information by going to the Account Profile section of the website.

   As users load their personalized content on our site, such information will remain the responsibility of the user. If the information is offensive or violates any third party rights or our rights or terms of use, we reserve the right to remove the offending material. We also reserve the right to aggregate the site's content to identify general patterns, however this aggregated content will not identify the individual users. An example of how we aggregate information is our "Search" functionality, which allows users to identify popular sites based on keywords.

   Like most websites, when you use our site servers collect information about your usage. This information helps us to monitor the levels of traffic on our site, improve the overall service quality, monitor and maintain security, and develop new services to enhance the user experience.

   We do not share any individual user information with third parties.

2. Cookies
   Most websites use cookies to varying degrees to enhance the user experience. Our site also makes use of cookies to store some basic information, but only for the purpose of authenticating access to your account. Having said that, let us make it clear that we do not store passwords in the cookies. Users that do not want to use cookies can change the settings on their browser. Since most of these bookmarks will link to third party sites, users should be aware that those third parties control their own content and have their own rights. We therefore recommend that users review those third party sites for their own policies and terms of use. We make no representations or warranties regarding our user-selected bookmarks or the associated sites.

   If you would like to make use of the the Company's designs, copyrighted material, logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property please contact us at policies@TODO.com. We make no claim, and can provide no right, of user generated or third-party material that may appear on our website, as that remains the property of those respected parties.

2. Rights of Third Party Websites
   The purpose of our site is to help users organize their bookmarks. Since most of these bookmarks will link to third party sites, users should be aware that those third parties control their own content and have their own rights. We therefore recommend that users review those third party sites for their own policies and terms of use. We make no representations or warranties regarding our user-selected bookmarks or the associated sites.

   While we may allow users to select text and/or images to identify their own bookmarks, we also ask users to respect the copyright and intellectual property rights of those bookmarked sites. If we find or are made aware that users are violating rights, we reserve the right to correct the violation on the user's account which may include removing the offending text or images. We also reserve the right to terminate a user's account that may repeatedly violate these rights. We will attempt to, but cannot ensure that we will, communicate with the user regarding any such violations and changes.

3. Intellectual Property Violations
   To notify us of any copyright or intellectual property infringement claims, please provide us with the following information:
   1. The name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and a physical or electronic signature from the owner or an authorized representative of the owner claiming infringement
   2. Description of the material for which infringement is being claimed
   3. Description of the location or link on our website, with enough detail so that we may find the material of the claimed infringement
   4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the law or the property owner
   5. A statement, under penalty of injury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the property or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
